1. The tour operator SpaReis O\u00dc<\/strong> is obliged to carry out the travel service in accordance with the service description and guarantees the \u00a0provision of all the \u00a0pomised services to the client.<\/p>\n

2. SpaReis O\u00dc is not responsible for\u00a0force majeur\u00a0<\/i>and for other problems and damage which occur due to changes not related to the service provider.<\/p>\n

3. Cancellation and refunding are made on the following term
\nA full refund will be made where there is a valid documented reason ( illness, incl. illness of family members,\u00a0 accident, \u00a0etc.);<\/p>\n

4. The tour operator is entitled \u00a0to make changes in the travel arrangements and replace it with\u00a0 equal services if the service (i.e. trip) cannot be provided as planned for, because of unrelated reasons. \u00a0The tour operator has to inform the clients immediately if any changes have been made.<\/p>\n

5. The tour operator is \u00a0entitled \u00a0to cancel the travel arrangements and is obliged to make a full refund on the following terms:
\n5.1 there are not enough clients to carry out the service;
\n5.2 the travel destination has become dangerous ( due to war, epidemy, \u00a0etc.) or the service can not be \u00a0provided \u00a0(due to strikes, floods, etc.)<\/p>\n

6. The client must be aware that with the payment, he\/she agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour operator (clause 3).<\/p>\n

7. Any disagreements \u00a0between the client and the tour operator are settled upon the application of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
